Popwallet: Product Manager

Popwallet enables brands to drive and measure the consumer journey from awareness to conversion, connecting mobile engagement to real-world behavior by delivering personalized and connected experiences through mobile wallet marketing.



Responsibilities

  • Identify, propose, analyze and prioritize new features and platform changes in collaboration with business and technology teams
  • Develop clear user stories and requirements and articulate product functionality
  • Build wireframes illustrating key platform user interfaces for use by the engineering team
  • Develop agile product roadmap and ensure it is communicated throughout the company
  • Work closely with software engineers to answer questions, guide development and review implementation of new and changed features
  • Engage with client success team to answer client product questions, educate on product usage and demonstrate product functionality to new and existing customers
  • Solicit customer and internal feedback to facilitate a continuous improvement process
  • Monitor changes and additions to partner and third party technology offerings and recommend adoption of new functionality beneficial to the platform

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience with B2B and SaaS platform product management or similar role
  • Good technical understanding of web applications, web services and platform integration architecture
  • Expertise working with project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Proficiency building presentations and spreadsheets
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Attention to detail and absolute focus on product quality

  • B2B2C marketing or advertising technology solutions (CRM platforms, event management platforms, DSPs, ESPs)
  • SaaS dashboards and reporting tools
  • Desktop and mobile web and app environments; iOS and Android platforms
  • Retailer technology systems (POS, payment terminals, loyalty/CRM systems)
  • Application security best practices and security by design
  • Data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Mobile wallet platforms (Apple Wallet, Google Pay) capabilities and constraints
