Based in Saint Louis, MO, Clever helps homeowners across the country sell or buy a home and save thousands on real estate agent commissions.

Clever’s Partner Agents provide complete full-service to sell a home -- online marketing, MLS listing, professional photography, showings, paperwork, negotiations -- all for just a flat fee of $3,000, or on homes more than $350,000, a 1% listing commission.

Clever is growing fast and looking for our next team member to help expand our nationwide network of Partner Agents. This position has the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Salary - $45k base plus commissions. OTE - $50-$90k. Full benefits including dental and vision.

  • A fearless salesperson
  • Experience training and writing sales scripts

  • Experience with phone sales and cold calling
  • Experience with cold email and B2B prospecting
  • Can work in teams as well as own a project individually

  • Ability to juggle tasks and rapidly shift direction
  • History of exceeding goals and expectations

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and recruit new real estate agents to Clever’s Partner Network
  • Cold call and educate agents about Clever’s commission model
  • Manage a CRM, take clear notes, and communicate effectively with the team while under tight time pressure
  • Prospect top-rated agents in major markets
  • Execute self-directed outreach campaigns using phone and email
  • Rapidly master real estate concepts and learn to communicate them fluently to others

Experience and Requirements

  • Must be local to St. Louis, or willing to relocate
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent -- you do not have to be licensed to apply, but will have to pass the licensing exam before your first day
  • Sales experience is a must. A combination of B2B and phone sales is a plus
  • Knowledgeable about real estate and excited to learn more
  • Comfortable managing an inbox and working in a CRM
