Balto Software: Sales Development Representative

Balto is hiring a sales development representative to generate high-quality, enterprise sales opportunities for our team. As a sales development representative, you will manage a robust pipeline of leads and be responsible for speaking directly with director- level, VP-level, and C-level executives to strategically pique their interest in Balto.
You will work directly with Balto’s COO to learn new sales strategies and continuously improve your methods week after week. Balto is an artificial intelligence tool that transcribes and analyzes sales calls in real time to deliver live recommendations to sales reps while they navigate their calls. Sales reps use Balto to improve their communication skills, better understand customers’ needs, and consistently remember the key points that they need to address on every call.
