Would you like to take ownership of turning a fast-moving artificial intelligence start-up into an organized and efficient operation? Balto is looking for our first and only Operations Analyst to join our ground-floor startup, grow alongside the organization, and take a leading role in defining how we work together as a team.

We are hiring an Operations Analyst to proactively seek opportunities to organize Balto’s internal operations and quickly complete projects that immediately boost the team’s productivity. You will be responsible for everything from designing a system to organize Balto’s internal documents, to managing Balto’s invoicing, to planning conferences and researching our competition. You will work directly with Balto’s CEO to maintain your focus on the company’s most pressing priorities, providing you unique insight into Balto’s operations on every level. Balto is an artificial intelligence technology that transcribes and analyzes sales and customer service calls in real time to deliver live recommendations to representatives while they navigate their calls. Sales and service reps use Balto to improve their communication skills, better understand customers’ needs, and consistently remember the key points that they need to address on every call.
