Balto: Customer Success Manager

Would you like to take ownership for building the customer success strategy of a fast-moving artificial intelligence start-up in downtown St. Louis? Balto is looking for a customer success manager to join our ground-floor startup, grow alongside the organization, and take a leading role in crafting the strategies we use to ensure that Balto’s customers see phenomenal results from our technology.

Balto is hiring a customer success manager to be the linchpin that packages our engineering and sales teams’ insights into practical deliverables for their customers. You will be responsible for communicating with their engineering team, sales team, and most importantly, their customers to organize and direct the many steps of Balto’s enterprise-scale technology implementations. You will work directly with Balto’s Director of Customer Success to discover key indicators of customer satisfaction and analyze customer data for trends, ultimately taking whatever actions are necessary to strengthen relationships with Balto’s customers.
