Customer Experience
  • Thorough understanding of all products, mounting, compatibility, etc.
  • Customer Service – Email, Chat & Phone
  • FedEx coordination if packages are late or missing - change of address, etc.
  • Process Returns & Refunds
  • Continue Building Customer Service FAQ questions and update website as needed
  • Weekly reports – Tracking customer questions & satisfaction rates
  • Social Media Support / Engagement
Fulfillment Coordination
  • Print daily orders & process shipping labels
  • Weekly reports – Inventory & Lead Times
  • Light packing & shipping when needed
  • Occasional Pick Up / Drop Off
